Rose & Rae's Cafe: Delicious Gluten-Free, Keto & Sugar-Free Eats in Burlington, NC

Rose & Rae’s is a fantastic spot for anyone with dietary restrictions or not! Their keto, gluten-free, and sugar-free options are a game changer. I love their grab-n-go meals, desserts, and take-and-bake options. It’s such a relief to find delicious treats that fit my gluten-free diet, and their sugar-free sweets are simply amazing. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the customer service is top-notch. Liz, the owner, is wonderful and truly makes the experience special. I eat there at least every other day! Highly recommend!

Friendly, helpful and very clean. Food is AMAZING!! We happened to find them on the Find Me Gluten Free app. We ate the chicken, spinach and cheese Stromboli. So good! Would definitely get this again. Deserts are amazing too!

Really yummy and healthy food. They have options to eat in house or take home and heat. I got the Peruvian chicken tacos. They were huge and delicious. They tasted very fresh. I got chocolate chip cheesecake which was also yummy. There are energy drinks and poppi prebiotic sodas. I love the play area set up to be kid friendly. Would recommend and return.

Wonderful quaint eatery with a variety of options for anyone, but most importantly for anyone with celiac disease, or issues with gluten- not to mention the are plenty of safe alternative options for those with diabetes. Thank you for sharing your talent!

Despite the not so great pics, my favorite treat was the strawberry shortcake/poundcake. I'm not a fan of whipped cream, but the strawberries were amazingly fresh—I just wish there were more! The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. It's rare to be greeted with such a genuine smile and to feel like the owner genuinely wants to chat with you. After a long day at the park with my son, we stopped by for an icee across the street, and she gave us a tray to prevent spills before we left, which was really thoughtful. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, and I noticed there's a small kitchen area for kids. I appreciate that they have that because trying to order with kids who want to run around can be quite challenging sometimes. Overall 10/10 experience, and I’ll be back to try more desserts

I stopped in to get desserts that are FodMap & GF friendly. The vegan chocolate cake was so so good. Perfect for anyone who likes dark chocolate or nothing too sweet. The cheesecake brownie as another crowd pleaser! I hope to stop by again.

Very engaging ownership and management, working hard to serve diners specific dietary needs. Dined with my gf wife, and I found excellent food, loved the loaded steak tacos. We’re from San Antonio and our many cross country travels have found nothing to match this very accommodating restaurant.

Great kid-friendly place. We will definitely be back. Love a place my daughter can play and we both can enjoy. The dessert items we tried while we were there were delicious too.
